ABOUT US





Castpro Engineering has been in the manufacturing industry for the past 19 years. We specialise in the designing and manufacturing of mechanical parts at high accuracies. We also specialise in mould/die making and pressure die casting. Castpro Engineering also one of the few industries that produce solar geysers in house, we also provide central heating equipment for both residential and commercial buildings. All kinds of Metallic fabrication facilities are available at our facility. Castpro has recently started to offer Technical courses in collaboration with Punjab skills development fund and UK Aid.

CNC Precision parts
manafacturing



We here at castpro specialise in the manufacturing of precision parts on state of the art CNC machines in almost all materials, ranging from wood, aluminium to Steel (HRC 50 max). Castpro has the potential to work on jobs as big as 1.5m in one go.



metalic fabrication



We offer our services in all kinds of metal fabrication, we have in house facilities of TIG, Gas & TIG, electric and MIG Welding. we also have cutting, bending, rolling and paint/powder coating facilities. large scale and small scale precision fabrication facilities are both available.



die making



Die/Mould designing and manufacturing is also something we do at castpro. We can produce all kinds of moulds and dies for plastic injection moulding, Almunium die casting and dies for the shoe and leather industry.

We have Aluminium pressure die casting facilities as well, our capacity is 300 pieces per day, max piece weight 2 KG.



Products



Castpro manufactures its own solar geysers, that are the best water heating solution. we also deal in turkish made central heating systems and combi boilers .



Soloar Geyser



We produce high quality solar geysers at our facility, which are currently being produced in 150 Liters, 250 Liters and 300 Lites. They come equipped with a controller and sensor to check the level and temperature of the geyser. A solenoid valve is attached with the controller to control the flow of cold water in the geyser. The geyser is very well insulated so it can hold hot water up to 48 hours. Electric backup is also provided to compensate for bad weather.

Central Heating



Castpro offers central heating solutions for both commercial and residential heating systems. We offer Boilers and radiators that are made by Baykan a well known turkish company. It is the most efficient and safe heating solution for your house. we also provide underground piping services for central heating systems. The system coms equipped with a controller that automatically turn on/off your heating system according to the owners choice of times.
