This week included researching for my evidence based final product, and the opportunity to meet with my mentor and discuss. As I broke down the complex and lengthy rules, I begin to formulate a better idea of what I was actually working with. I spent time researching online several example bar exams, and I did end up finding one that specified just the specific evidence section (since that is a whole subcategory on the actual bar exam!) I decided to take it the very first time before reading up thoroughly on the subject, just to see what I knew. The questions were very specific hypotheticals with extremely specific answers. It definitely gave me a lot of inspiration for my own quiz, along with getting to meet with Mr. Sandel for our visit! The next step is to get all the learning I’ve done so far in my own writing, because being able to effectively explain the concepts to others is the first step. Next, I’ll begin to analyze in-depth some of the areas that are interesting to me.
