After all the paperwork and background checks go through, I can begin mentor visits. I am looking forward to this new adventure, new experiences, and to expand my knowledge more than I ever thought was actually possible. The hands on experience I am about to achieve is so exciting! There is about to be a lot of work, especially with the Original Work and Research Presentations, Speeches, and Showcase upcoming. I’m looking forward to it and am going to do my best to stay on top of all my work the entire time. Now that my informational interviews have, I can finally jump into this new chapter of my ISM experience. My original work has been lacking in effort, but I am motivated with a new idea that excited me and I will definitely start on my grind on that very soon.
