I want to give my order as a gift, do you drop ship?
Yes, we can deliver your order to the address of the person whom you wish to receive as a gift. To put more thought in your gift, we suggest you to purchase our gift cards, which are perfect note of your message printed on and we attach them to the order.
You can place your order by filling up completely and submitting and order through our order request form. Confirmation of orders, shipping courier choice and payment method and other important details & directions will be sent via email.
Orders are immediately process within 24 hours or less to reserve the items and issues invoice to the customer's email.
What if I changed my mind and want a different size and color after my order is placed?
You can only exchange items with items of the same price value, however only the ordered items will be exchanged, freebies, gift card or loyalty card, is not eligible for return of exchange.
Unfortunately, items purchased on sale if not refundable nor cannot be exchanged to other items.
What do I do if my items arrives damaged?
We make sure our customer's ordered items are securely packed and ask the buyers for the condition of their ordered items by sending them photos of the current condition of their order/s. Any incidents of defect such as damaged during transport is not anymore our liability.
What will it cost me to make a return or exchange?
Customers who wish to return or exchange items must shoulder the return shipping fee and the shipping fee for the item that will be exchange with. A successful return shipment are the only ones valid for refund and exchange. Any loss done by the shipping courier is not valid for refund or exchange.
If I give a gift to someone, can that person return it or exchange for something else?
Items can only be return or exchange if the person (regardless if they were the one who purchased it or not) who wish to return or exchange it must have the original copy of invoice given by Bluebella PH, placed on the packaging of the item.
How can I get a loyalty membership card?
Bluebella PH has a loyalty program called The Bella's Perks, and has three (3) social membership levels. You can received the level one (1) card called Bella Amiga for free when you purchase Bluebella PH products with a total items price worth PHP 350.00
Can I see a record of my transactions with Bluebella?
We keep our customer's private details therefore we shall ask a valid ID and photo of signature be send to our email. Once confirmed, we will send your transaction list via email. Please contact us if you want to request for these types of details. We will be meticulous in checking ID's and signatures.

When will my order/s arrive?
Once the buyer is fully paid, order/s will be processed for shipment, the buyer's choose his/her preferred courier. Metro Manila areas usually takes 1-2 business days while it is 3-4 business days for provincial areas.
How do I return an item and refund my money?
You can return the item and refund your money by submitting an entry through our Refund/Exchange Request form. Your can expect a response within 24 hours if your request was approved.
Unfortunately, we can only ship nationwide. We have yet to venture internationally but as soon as we get recognized internationally, we will consider offering our products and service to international market.
