Purchases made should submit an entry to our Refund/Exchange Request Form within 3 days upon receiving the item and process for exchange or return is valid within a week. Approval of your entry for Return/Exchange Request Form is sent via email, also provides a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to successfully return your item for refund or exchange by shipping them back.
Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached. All returned items must be accompanied by a printed approval of the refund/exchange form (emailed by Bluebella PH) and the printed invoice placed in the package.
Only items with the same price value can be exchanged.
Shipping fee of the items which will be return for refund or exchange must be shouldered by the customer, and for exchanges, includes the shipping fee of the item that will be exchanged to.
We will only refund or exchange items with defective conditions. Items that was damaged during the transport by the courier is not considered a defect and the courier will be the one responsible for such incidents. We will make sure to secure the packaging for every purchase to receive the items in best condition.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If you made your purchase by redeeming your points of the loyalty card, refunds will be issued to the card that was used.
FREEBIES, LOYALTY CARD AND GIFT CARDS ARE ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
