Visual language has an universal communication power. With the increased globalization of workplace today’s employees are facing communication challenges and they need a more precise understanding of intercultural values. Visuals offer a way for people to re-discover creative skills and learn at the same time, putting pen to paper. It is important that workers proactively engage in communication skills assessment and make necessary adjustments in order to react effectively to current needs of today’s increasingly complex work environment.
