Parking: Park in student LOT-H
Complimentary parking on the day of event.
Location: 1100 N Grand Ave, Walnut, CA 91789 (Building 77, 79)
From Orange County, head North on the 57 FWY, exit Grand Ave, turn left on Grand Ave (going North, about 1 mile). Drive pass Temple Ave and turn right on Mountaineer Rd, stay on the right lane. Look for parking LOT-H.
From Los Angeles (West side), head West on the 10 FWY, exit Grand Ave, turn right on Grand Ave (going South for a few miles), and turn left on Mountaineer Rd, stay on the right lane. Look for parking LOT-H.
** Building 77, 79 and parking LOT-H are on the North side of the campus. **
Registration: Each attendee must check-in and collect their attendee badge before attending any session.
At the time of registration/check-in we will collect a couple more details to help you check-in, this will include, but not limited to: office email address, phone number, company name, job title, etc.
We will also ask you to sign a Multimedia Release form and a Waiver of Liability form. The first one is to make sure we can share the pictures taken during the event publicly and the second one is to ensure we don’t get into legal trouble. Without signing these forms you will not be able to check-in and will not be able to attend any of the sessions.
Wi-Fi: Complimentary WiFi will be available for you to connect to the Internet. Please check at the registration desk for details.
Sessions: Sessions are not reserved seating. If you plan to attend a session listed, please make sure to be in the room five minutes prior to the start of the session. NOTE: No food or drinks are allowed in any of the presentation/class rooms.
Survey: We will ask you to submit your fair and honest feedback about the event and the different sessions that you attend. Each survey should only take between 2-3 minutes of your time. Please make sure to complete the survey and for a chance to win a surprise gift.
Lunch: Lunch will be provided.
Azure Credits: Microsoft has provided Azure passes with $100 of Azure credits which should be more than enough for you to try out any of the technologies that will be showcased in the sessions.
Raffle: Sponsors have generously provided complimentary software licenses for us to raffle out at the end of the event. Software licenses that will be raffled out include licenses for: Three Telerik DevCraft UI ($1,299 retail value), Redgate SQL Compare ($495 retail value), and threeJetBrains ReSharper ($129 retail value). You must be present to win.
How can you help?
a. Please make sure to show up and register on time. Registration starts at 8:00 am and keynote begins at 8:45 am. This is important for us to run the event smoothly.
b. Please be respectful of others' time and keep your questions either to the end for Q&A section or ask your question offline with the speaker.
c. Please reach out to any volunteers (they have a blue bar on the name badge) in case of any issues or concerns.
d. Please keep the facility clean to your best possible extent.
