Ulric Giezendanner is a Swiss American Photographer and Chef. In 2008 his good friend and client Greg Gorman inspired him to explore his love for photography. His photographic passion lies in taking pictures of people. His photo shoots are relaxed and low pressure. He uses lots of natural light and makes sure the subject feels comfortable throughout the session. His approach creates the perfect situation for professional campaigns, models, and someone that isn't as confident in front of the camera alike.
As chef, Ulric began his career absolving a cooks apprenticeship, and shortly after worked as sous-chef under famed Vreni Giger in Switzerland's first all Organic Restaurant Jaegerhof, where everything was made to order. At a very young age, he achieved to be the executive chef at the renowned Restaurant Sternen. Ulric then visited the United States and fell in love with the people and country. Two years later he moved to California and was working for esteemed chefs such as Charlie Palmer. He now cooks exclusively as a private chef for various celebrity and influential clients. Ulric loves his friends, nature and the adventure.
