Our team includes shipbuilding welders, machinery outfitters, electrical technicians, painters, experience artisans in plumbing, heavy duty generator engineers, borehole drillers and installers among others who are able to work with our team as needed.

THE OBJECT FOR WHICH THE COMPANY WAS ESTABLISHED ARE:
(a) To carry on the business of general consultancy in the field of marine, oil and gas, engineering, power and steel and all area of capital investment.
(b)To carry on the business of civil and structural engineering, chemical and petrochemical engineering, civil engineers, electrical and electronic engineers, mechanical engineers, mechanical works of all descriptions and to act as contractors generally for all within mentioned businesses.
(c) To carry on the business of marine equipment in all its ramification, to acquire, purchase, take in exchange charter, hire, construct and to own, work, manage and trade with stream sailing motor and other ships, drifters, tugs, and vessels, to establish and maintain lines or regular services of ships or other outboard engines and to carry on the business of ship owner and to enter into contract for the carriage of passengers, goods and other form of marine transportation.
(d) To carry on the business of construction of railways, roads, houses, pipelines, docks, canals, bridges, tanks or storage accommodation, reservoirs and other works, plant/machinery of every description and to contribute to the cost of making, producing, carrying on and working the same to enter into contracts or arrangements with any principal or other body, corporation, company or person as to interchange of traffic, running powers, joint working or otherwise which may seem expedient.
(e) To carry on business of trading, marketing, sales and distribution of general goods, commission agent, manufacturer, representatives, general suppliers, general contractors, import, export, to buy, sell, manufacture and deal in all articles substances, products, commodities, appliances and things used for or in connection with the company’s business or required for the commonly or usually bought, sold, manufactured, or dealt in by persons carrying on any of the businesses herein mentioned and to prepare, package, preserve and deal in general goods of all kind and description.
(f)To carry on the business of oil and gas services and supply, field servicing and maintenance, supply of equipments and to carry on the business of petroleum marketing, sales, LPG refilling and distribution crude, pure petroleum, industrial chemicals, automobile and lubrication units and to construct, manage and operate petrol (PMS), gas(LPG), diesel(AGO) and kerosene(DPK) filling station and to erect structures for that purpose.
(g)To borrow or raise money in such manner as the company shall think fit and to secure the repayment of any money borrowed, raised or owning, by mortgage, charge in lieu upon the whole or any part of the company’s property or assets.
