I’m continuing to make progress on my product this week. I’ve officially set up a meeting with the Counseling Department for April 30th, so that means that I have 3 full weeks left until everything needs to be presentation worthy. My mentor was in Austin nearly all of last week, but luckily I was able to meet with her today! I showed her the editing that I had done. I had no idea how long it would take to put simple transitions between each answer to each question. It’s a good thing film editor isn’t my desired future career. I am very happy with how everything is coming out so far, though. The only filming I have left to do is of myself. I filmed Vanessa today, and I’ll be adding that footage, along with more transitions, as I edit this week. Vanessa did a one-take wonder during our visit, and I’m so excited to have that information now to include in the video made for adults. I also have to figure out how to add more elements like additional soundtracks to make everything feel smoother in general. I ended up getting sick last week, so I have to play a little bit of catch up this week to get back on track. Luckily after seeing Vanessa I’m feeling super motivated to check more off of my to-do list!
