I can actually start to see the light at the end of the tunnel for my product. I’ve been editing the film that I got from my interviews. At first, I had 7 minutes worth of edited footage, which was way too much considering that I had other segments I wanted to film. I met with Vanessa, and we decided to capture only the main ideas from each question, and I ended up cutting down the footage to 4 and a half minutes! Now I have more room to add segments of myself and Vanessa. I want each of my videos to end up a decent length, long enough to get all of the information in, but not too long as to lose the attention of the viewer. The video I’m making for adults will be longer than my other video, since they have longer attention spans. Vanessa and I talked through what other content we wanted to film, and we set up our next visit to do that. After that filming, I’ll just have to edit the rest of the film and then I’ll be done! I’m currently in the process of setting up the meeting with the counseling department. I hope this is the start of something big!
