Another week closer to the end of my senior year! This past week in ISM I gave my Original Work speech. I went into it worried that I wouldn’t have enough to say, but I actually ended up going 5 minutes over the suggested time limit! I got some really great feedback, and I plan on tweaking my speech a little bit before the next time. I got so excited about all of the people I interviewed that I didn’t have enough time to talk about Anxiety Acts, which I ended up being even more excited to talk about. I need to focus on just getting my main points across. I don’t want to keep my audience on Final Presentation Night there all night. In other news, I’ve been working on gathering some important information that will aid me in my product later. I have a visit with Vanessa tomorrow, where we’ll go over some of the options I have if I decide that I want to interview someone high up in the district. We’ll also be looking at my calendar that I drafted and finalizing some things there. As always, I’m excited to spend more valuable time with my mentor. The future is still looking bright!
