Game Narayan Studios, (“Game Narayan” or "the app") has adopted this privacy policy

(“Privacy Policy”) to explain how Game Narayan collects, stores, and uses the

information collected in connection with Game Narayan's products, services, and

websites (together “Services”)

personalized” information, which is data Game Narayan collects about the use of Game

and use certain non-personal data that does not directly enable Game Narayan to

Game Narayan may use analytics tool in order to develop and analyze use of the

our behalf. They do not share it except in aggregate form; no data is shared as to any

individual user.

through use of Game Narayan Services where personal data is required for use and/or

The types of personal data may vary depending on the type of activity you are engaged

in. The personal data Imangi may collect, process and use may include, but are not

limited to your name, screen/user name, Game Narayan Services' or third party service

ID, e-mail address.

Game Narayan may use personal and non-personal data, both individually and combined

together, for purposes of analyzing usage of the Services, providing customer and

technical support, managing and providing Services (including managing advertisement

serving), customizing Game Narayan's communications and to further develop the

Services and other Game Narayan services and products. Game Narayan may combine non-

3. Third-part Discolsure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally

Identifiable Information.

4. Ad Serving Technology
Game Narayan reserves the right to use and disclose the collected non-personal data

for purposes of advertisement by Game Narayan or Game Narayan's partners and

contractors. Game Narayan may employ third party ad serving technologies that use

certain methods to collect information as a result of ad serving through Services.

Game Narayan or third parties operating the ad serving technology may use demographic

and location information as well as information logged from your hardware or device to

ensure that appropriate advertising is presented within the Service. Imangi or third

parties may collect and use data for this purpose including, but not limited to IP

address (including but not limited to for purposes of determining your coarse

location), Device ID, MAC, software, applications, hardware, and in-game information.

The foregoing data may be used and disclosed in accordance with this Privacy Policy

and the privacy policy of the company providing the ad serving technology.

You recognize and agree that the advertising companies who deliver ads for Game

Narayan may combine the information collected with other information they have

independently collected from other services or products. These companies collect and

use information under their own privacy policies. These ad serving technologies are

integrated into Services; if you do not want to be subject to this technology, do not

use or access Services. Although Game Narayan takes commercially reasonable steps to

instruct such advertising companies to comply with the terms and conditions of this

Privacy Policy, Game Narayan does not have access to or control of third party

technologies.

5. Location Data
We do not use or collect your precise geographic location.

6. Social Sharing Features
The App may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools (such as the

Facebook “Like” button), which let you share actions you take in the App with other

media, and vice versa. You must be at least 13 years of age to use any social sharing

features integrated in the App. The use of such features enables the sharing of

information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish

with the entity that provides the social sharing feature.

The App may ask for some Facebook permissions allowing it to perform actions with the

User's Facebook account and to share information, post content about the app or to

like/follow the official Facebook page of the app.

Twitter account access
This service allows this Application to connect with the User's account on the Twitter

social network, provided by Twitter, Inc. The App may ask permission to tweet content

about the app and alow user to follow the official Twitter account of the app.

For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and processing in

connection with social sharing features, please visit the privacy policies of the

entities that provide these features. The App may indentify the list of accounts,

this may include any accounts created by applications that you have.

7. Other
If you are under 13 years of age or a minor in your country of residence, please ask

your legal guardian's permission to use or access the Services. Game Narayan

encourages parents and/or guardians to play an active role in their children's online

experience at all times. Game Narayan does not knowingly contact or collect

information from children under 13. If you believe Game Narayan has inadvertently

collected such information, please contact us so Game Narayan can promptly obtain

parental consent or remove the information.
