As part of the Performing Drawology exhibition, at the Bonington Gallery, Andrew Pepper will be artist in residence on Thursday February 4th.
During the residence he will respond to the work currently installed in the space - marks generated by a previous succession of artists, each reacting to the gallery and the opportunity to 'perform' drawing.
Andy will be using points of laser light to 'trace' existing marks and drawing - following their boundaries between surface and gallery space. These transient, luminous, 'moments' will be published here as they are recorded.
